Usually the expectation of a guest teacher is rarely more than a place holders or baby sitter of the classroom.

This session will focus on setting high expectations of adding value to the education process in every classroom filled with guest teachers.  This session will focus on how to locate, train and evaluate high performing guest teachers.  A pool of highly professional, engaged, trained and smiling guest teachers will assist in student learning and staff morale.
